THE BIG BLUFF CASH RACE


£25,000 EXPECTED PRIZEPOOL

The Cash Race will run from 1st October 2011 till 6pm on 17th December 2011. The Big Bluff cash race shall be run similarly to the Big Bluff Tournament League however will apply to cash games instead of tournaments. Each time a player sits at a cash game they shall receive 100 points for every hour played at the table. The floor person will then take note of both the players start and end time* in order to calculate the points to be awarded.

Each player will need a minimum of 7,500 points in order to qualify for the Cash Race Main Event. Each point will equate to 1 tournament currency chip in that particular players starting stack of the Cash Race Main Event. Please find below an example of the point and chip system.

120 Accumulative cash hours = 12,000 cash race points = 12,000 starting stack

Players can also earn double points by playing on specific days, currently Tuesdays and Saturdays, please ask a member staff for more details.

The Cash Race Main Event prize pool will be formed by £1 being contributed from EVERY CASH GAME HAND DEALT at the club between the 1st October 2011 till 6pm on 17th December 2011.

Players can earn points at any time a cash game is running up until 6pm on 17th December 2011. EVERY QUALIFYING PLAYER with 7,500 points and over will receive a percentage of the prize pool and the remaining funds will be played for in the Cash Race Main Event at 6pm on 17th December 2011.


Terms & Conditions

Dates: The Big Bluff Cash Race runs from 1st October 2011 till 6pm on 17th December 2011.

The Prize Pool Formation: The prize pool is formed out of every cash hand dealt, £1 shall be taken from the pot and placed in the cash race prize pool, this deduction will be taken REGARDLESS OF AMOUNT (for example in a £1/£2 ring game if every player including the small blind passes then the small blind shall be taken as the cash race)

*It is the responsibility of THE PLAYER to ensure that they inform the relative floor person/ cash room supervisor of both their entry and exit to/from the table. This way all players can receive the correct number of points. Big Bluff will not be held responsible for the misallocation of points due to players not registering their presence will the relative management/floor person.

Tournament Currency chips have NO CASH VALUE and cannot be exchanged or swapped.  The total points /starting stack are rounded to the nearest 25 as this is the smallest denomination of tournament chip.
